3. What are the
qualification criteria? What are the
financial requirements?
We prefer
to recruit a proven small business owner
(entrepreneur) who has experience in
running a business. Equally important
is the attitude that it takes to run it
successfully and a willingness to go to
any length to ensure success. To start
a Serenity Service franchise you will
need $25,000.00 cash (minimum franchise
fee) and the initial start up capital.

What are
the terms of the agreement?
The agreement
terms are a 5-year agreement with a
self-renewing clause. Serenity Service
receives a 7% of gross profit (royalty
fee) for the of the agreement (a minimum
of $4,000.00 per year) There is also a
3% marketing/advertising fee.

can I expect to earn?
Growth is
dependent upon the territory in which
the franchise is established, marketing
efforts and your own abilities. In a
sample market with 100,000 seasonal
residents’ revenues exceeding $25,000.00
per month are anticipated within 3
years. Our franchise experts can help
you to estimate the market and earning
potential in your area.

What are
the day to day operational
requirements
To operate your
Serenity Service franchise successfully
you will need a customer service
representative, office space, a work
vehicle, basic set of tools for minor
home repairs, and courteous service
personell. As part of the ramp-up
procedure we will train you and your
staff the use of the website, basic home
maintenance, local marketing and
customer interaction. Our objective of
accelerated planned growth is dependent
upon us making it as painless as
possible for you to get fully operation
as quickly as possible.

Service franchises have access to
corporate headquarters and all business
trade forms. These business forms and
management procedures are in place to
assist in daily business operations and

How are
territories assigned?
Our business
development group will work with you to
select a territory in your area. We
work directly with you to establish a
territory that you can easily handle and
expand when necessary. The target
population is a seasonal of at least
100,000. Your initial franchise fee
guarantees exclusive access to your
assigned territory.
